What is hemp?
Hemp is a strain of the cannabis sativa plant species. It’s one of the oldest crops humans cultivated dating back thousands of years. In America, some of our earliest presidents even grew hemp themselves. It’s distinction to marijuana is that hemp has significantly lower THC levels (the compound attributed to marijuana’s psychological effects) and much higher CBD content. The hemp plant has been used for many different reasons, including making rope, textiles, food, paper, and plastics. The oils from the hemp plant are high in antioxidants and omega 3-6 fatty acids.
What is CBD?
CBD is a powerful plant extract that has been used for health and wellness for thousands of years. CBD is one of over 100 different cannabinoids found in the hemp plant that plays a direct role with our endocannabinoid system. Our body has receptors and compounds within it that connect with the compounds found naturally in hemp.
Over the past few years, there has been an explosion of scientific research into the benefits of CBD and other cannabinoids. CBD has been quickly gaining acceptance in the U.S. as a result of media coverage by respected health professionals. The message of CBD’s effects is only growing and will continue to spread as the publics knowledge increases.
How do I take it?
Our full spectrum CBD comes in tinctures, capsules, topicals, and crumble. The most popular form is the oral tincture. Taken sublingually under the tongue. Simply take 1-2ml droppers a day under the tongue for best results. Usually in the morning and an hour before bed.
If you prefer to take your CBD in capsule form then we have you covered. Our new soft gels contain 33mg of CBD per capsule. This is for people who prefer a simple yet effective solution to taking CBD. Take 1-2 soft gels per day for best results.
Another way of taking CBD is taking it in topical form. Our sport rub for muscle and joints is an excellent way for your body to absorb CBD. Especially if your looking at identifying a particular area. Simply apply topical to desirable area twice a day for best results.
Finally we have our crumble. If you prefer to vape your CBD then this is your best solution. Our crumble comes with 3 different terpene profiles: Grandaddy Purp, Bluedream, and Tangie.
How much should I take?
Everyone is different and people should consult with their healthcare professional. We advise to start out small and gradually increase until you reach desired results. Our CBD oil comes in three different strengths: 500mg, 1000mg, and 2000mg.
Will it get me high?
CBD will not get you high.
What is full spectrum?
Full spectrum includes other cannabinoids such as CBDA,THC, CBNA, CBG, CBN, CBC and many others. The hemp plant has over 100 different cannabinoids and studies have shown that CBD taken with other cannabinoids has a greater effect. They call this the “entourage effect”, when taken all together they’re more effective than taking any one of them alone.
Is CBD legal?
Yes. The passage of the 2018 farm bill made it legal in all 50 states for the growth and cultivation of hemp.
